PIN GRADING


Please note that enamel pins are manufactured by hand, so slight flaws may occur and I also have different grading policies from other pin makers/artists


Mixed Grade - Mixed grade pins have flaws such as:✦ tiny air bubbles
✦ tiny spec of dust in a non-central part of the design
✦ small scuffing
✦ light scratches on the enamel metal
✦ slight underfill, overfill, or uneven areas
✦ scratches or chips in the metal or paint specs of dust
✦ paint splatter..etc
✦ missing metal lines
✦ multiple air bubbles in the enamel
✦ missing enamel or a small portion of the pin

We are not a harsh pin grader and we don't sell collector grade pins. So please expect some minor flaws.

SHOP POLICIES


SHIPPING
Processing time of in-hand orders will take 3 weeks. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
By purchasing you agree to pay any customs fees upon receipt of the pin. VAT will not be submitted prior and price will not be changed on customs form to reflect anything other than the accurate price

PRE-ORDERS
Please be reminded that pre-orders take a long time to be fulfilled. It takes AT LEAST 3+ months for your order/s to be fulfilled. Production time of pins takes a REALLY LONG TIME and you should always expect delays. If you cannot wait that long, please don't pre-order or subscribe to my pinclub.

MISSING PACKAGES
Please know that we are not responsible for any of the following:
✦ Lost packages due to incorrect address provided by the customer. Please always make sure to enter your correct shipping address when you place your order.
✦ Package is lost/damaged during shipping

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
For pre-orders, we don't allow refund/cancellation of orders once the merchandise are in production.
We only grant cancellation if an order is doubled.We treat every inquiry on a case-by-case basis, so if there are any issues feel free to send us a message through our "Contact Us" page or email us [email protected]. We will do our best to see what we can do to better the situation.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
We don't accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is incorrect.

RESTOCKS
We only do restocks depending on the demand of the pins.

TRADING AND RESALE
Trading and reselling pins are allowed. All I ask is that you trade fair and do not purchase my pins only to gain traders or with the intent of reselling.
(Trading my pins after you've received it for just a couple of weeks, I will consider that as "purchase to gain traders")Please do not resell my pins higher than the amount you've paid for them, especially Pay For Production (P4P) pins. If you are found breaking this rule, you will be banned.

How can I contact you?

Will it be open pre-order?
My pins are mostly open pre-order unless stated otherwise. I decide which pin/s will be open PO depending on the amount of interests I get.
Will you have extras?
I will always have a few in-hand extras. They will be available in my shop when all pre-orders have been received.
Will you combine ship?
I only allow combine shipping when I release Limited Edition pins.
I don't allow combine shipping when it's open pre-order.Are you open for trades?
Yes, if you have one of my ISOs or pins of fandoms I'm interested in.
Where is my order?
If it's a pre-order, it will take over 3 months for production to finish and for us to fulfill the pre-orders. Again, if you can't wait that long, please do not pre-order from my shop.
For in-hands, processing time will take 3 weeks.Do you do restocks?
Yes, if I get a lot of restock request submissions through my contact form.
Please note that due to the author's request, all of my Pizza Delivery pins will be LE50.

Will you be pinning this?
Not everything I post on my instagram account will get pinned. :) Sometimes I just like to post what I draw for fun.
Do you do commissions?
Yes, I will announce when I'm open.
What payment methods do you accept?
All cards/debit cards are accepted, Apple pay and google pay as well. I no longer accept Paypal as a payment method.

Will you open more pinclub/ko-fi slots?
I sometimes open a few slots every now and then. I sometimes announce them, I sometimes don't.

Do you offer early access to ko-fi subscribers?
Yes, I do. Except for Danmei P4P collab pins.
Are drop buddies allowed?
Yes, as long as you inform me about it :)
